Roasted Red Potatoes Recipe
Place potatoes into the baking dish and toss to coat with olive oil.

For this recipe you will want to roast the potatoes at 375 degrees. Lightly grease a large baking sheet. Bake at 450 until potatoes are golden brown and tender 20 30 minutes.
Toss until evenly coated. Roast 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown turning potatoes halfway through cook time. Arrange cut side down on a large lipped cookie sheet or jellyroll pan.
