Pour in wine or broth add red pepper flakes if using.

Arrange shrimp on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Add the shrimp lemon juice pepper and oregano. Meanwhile in a large skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter in 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium high heat.
