In a large bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. No yeast is added. Place dough in a well oiled bowl cover with a damp cloth and set aside to rise.
The naan bread are stuck to the inside of the oven just like the picture below. Traditionally they are baked inside a very hot clay tandoor oven with charcoal or wood fire. Remove naan from oven and apply the garlic butter.
You have to keep the dough for at least three hours to let it rise before making. Stir in sugar milk egg salt and enough flour to make a soft dough. You have to add maida baking soda curd along with other usual ingredients to make a soft dough.
Let stand about 10 minutes until frothy.
