In a small bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. In a large bowl combine pumpkin egg brown sugar butter pie spice salt yeast mixture and 1 cup flour. Mix on low for about 2 minutes.
In a stand mixer bowl add the sugar mashed banana oil plant based yogurt pumpkin flax egg and vanilla. Whisk the eggs one at a time into the sugar mixture until light and creamy. In a large bowl whisk the sugar and oil together.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottoms of two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Beat on medium speed until smooth.
Add pumpkin oil milk and vinegar to flour mixture. In a medium mixing bowl whisk together the pumpkin oil water and eggs. Add the eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
In a large bowl whisk together the sugars flour baking soda salt and pumpkin pie spice. These are the few small changes i made. Make a hole in the center of the mixture and add all remaining ingredients.
