Add chorizo and cook stirring and breaking up with a spoon until browned and crisp 8 10 minutes.
Add velveeta and undrained tomatoes to skillet. 7 ounces fresh pork chorizo mexican style 1 pkg 16 oz each velveeta cut into 1 2 inch cubes. Saute chorizo in a large saute pan over high heat until cooked through and crispy about 10 minutes crumbling and stirring with a spoon constantly.
Microwave about 4 minutes or until the velveeta is melted. Tel mixture and stir until it s all blended together. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
