Quiche recipe spinach mushroom broccoli. In 10 inch skillet melt butter over medium high heat. Using a large skillet heat olive oil over medium high heat. After around 5 minutes i added the baby spinach leaves.
Stir in broccoli mushrooms and green onions. In a pan sauté the chopped onion garlic and sliced the broccoli along with the chopped mushrooms. 3 sprinkle cheese in bottom of baked shell.
In a medium sized bowl whisk together a large egg and a tablespoon of milk. I then drained off any excess liquid that was in the pan so there was no juice. Brush this egg wash mixture over the edges of the crust to help it brown.
Bake at 350 f for 10 minutes take the crust out of the oven and fill with spinach broccoli and mushrooms or any other veggies you like in a medium bowl mix eggs sour cream garlic and cheese pour the egg mixture over the veggies. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Spread broccoli over the cheese then top with the cup cheddar cheese.
Leave them until they become soft. Bake 60 65 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Add 1 5 cup of chopped spinach 1 4 cup of finely chopped cooked broccoli.
Cook and continue to stir 4 5 minutes longer or until spinach is wilted. Fry in preferred oil i use olive oil on a medium to low heat. Add mushrooms and salt.
