Recipe Egg Noodles Parmesan Cheese
Cook noodles in a large pot of lightly salted water until al dente.

When the noodles are almost cooked melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Remove and discard garlic cloves. Drain and return to pot but not over heat.
Gently stir until the butter and cheese is melted. Drain noodles and return to saucepan. 1 1 2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles.
If you forget to reserve some of the water before draining off your pasta it isn t a big deal. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Add the butter to the noodles and stir until butter is melted.
Quickly drain the pasta and add it to. 1 package 8 ounces medium egg noodles. 1 2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
