Recipe for chicken breast wrapped in bacon and cheese. Fill a small saucepan with water add chicken and bring to a boil. Wrap the chicken in the slices of bacon to cover and seal the pocket. Slice the bacon into three strips lengthways.
Put the chicken breasts on a baking tray. Cut a pocket into the side of the breast halve about 3 4th the way through each try not to slit through the sides or the cheese will run out. Grease baking pan 13x19 or use non stick pan.
Simmer and cook chicken for 10 minutes. Warm a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat then add the chicken. Make a cut about 2cm deep in the chicken breast to about two thirds of the way into the flesh cutting at an angle from the top along the breast.
Place each chicken breast on top of three slices of bacon at an angle and roll up tightly so that the bacon seals the chicken breast packet closed. Preheat oven to 425 f.
