Preheat oven to 350.

Pour mixture into frozen pie crust. Drain and set aside. Drain on paper towels.
Cook onion in reserved drippings until tender. Add filling and milk and mix well. Thaw in fridge overnight.
Beat until smooth and pour evenly over the cheese and ham. Place springform pan on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle half of swiss cheese over onions.
