Recipe Pork Tenderloin Stew
Let the stew simmer for 40 minutes while preparing some rice or mashed potatoes.
Recipe pork tenderloin stew. Cook and stir until onion is slightly tender about 10 minutes. When it is browned remove it to a bowl cover and put in the fridge. For this we will heat in a pan about 3 4 tablespoons of olive oil or two tablespoons of lard.
Add the celerly and onions to the pan and saute for a couple of minutes. In the same pan saute onion until crisp tender. Heat over medium high heat about 2 minutes.
Cut the pork tenderloin into chunks salt and pepper the pieces and roll in the flour. Add the chopped tomatoes heavy cream paprika thyme and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the onions and minced garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
Cook 1 minute longer. Remove and keep warm. Cook until pork is browned.
Add the potatoes carrots mushrooms celery diced tomatoes salt pepper bay leaves ginger ale and broth. Stir in pork onions and garlic. In a large heavy saucepan add the oil.
Add the broth vegetables vinegar sugar tarragon and salt. This time we will start frying the meat first. Bring to a boil.
