Recipe Pork Tenderloin With Mushrooms
Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Recipe pork tenderloin with mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Remove the onions and mushrooms to a plate and set aside. Cut pork crosswise into thin slices.
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Transfer meat to an ungreased shallow 1 1 2 qt. Add the mushrooms to the onion mixture and continue cooking for about 5 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
Combine flour and broth until smooth. In a large skillet brown the pork in butter. Sprinkle the pork with the salt and pepper.
Serve with mushrooms and onions. Bring to a boil. In the pan drippings saute the onion mushrooms and celery until tender.
Add the mushrooms lemon juice marjoram salt and pepper. In a skillet brown pork in butter. Cover and simmer for 25 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 and juices run clear.
Cook stirring and scraping pan to loosen browned bits from bottom of pan until vegetables are soft about 7 minutes.
