Recipe potato kale soup. In a large saucepan cook sausage and onion over medium heat 4 6 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink and onion is tender breaking up sausage into crumbles. Wash and dry kale. Add turkey or chicken stock potatoes and garlic and bring to a boil. While the potatoes start to cook chop the kale.
Reduce heat to low and. Bring to boil cover and simmer for 20 30 minutes until potatoes are tender. In a heavy stockpot heat oil over medium heat.
