Recipe Potato Leek Soup Instant Pot

Add the leeks and stir.

Recipe potato leek soup instant pot. Add olive oil and butter to the pot once hot add the leeks. Cook until soft stirring occasionally. Saute until softened stirring frequently and not allowing to brown 8 minutes.

Press the sauté button on the instant pot. Saute for another 30 seconds. Select the saute function on the instant pot.

Step 2 reserve 1 4 cup cubed potatoes. Allow pot to heat it will indicate hot on the display when ready. Add 2 tbsp 28g unsalted butter and chopped leeks in instant pot.

Season with a pinch of salt then cook leeks until softened 4 mins. Turn on a multi functional pressure cooker such as instant pot and select saute function.
