Recipe Pumpkin Oatmeal Bread
In a large bowl combine oats and milk.
Recipe pumpkin oatmeal bread. Gradually add dry ingredients to oatmeal mixture. Mix flour oats baking powder ginger cinnamon baking soda salt and cloves in a large bowl. Blend it together using a hand mixer until creamy.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans and sprinkle the tops with the remaining 1 4 cup of oats. Preheat oven to 350f and prepare loaf pan with parchment paper or nonstick spray. Beat in the flour and 1 1 2 cups of oats.
Cover the bowl and allow the dough to rest at room temperature for 2 hours or until the dough rises and collapses. In a large bowl mix together oats oat flour baking soda spices and salt. Mix the flour oats.
Beat eggs pumpkin sugars milk and oil in large mixer bowl on medium speed until combined. Allow to stand about 5 minutes. In a separate bowl mix together flour sugar baking powder salt and spices.
Use the knife test and keep cooking for 5 extra minutes until the knife comes out clean. Spoon into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. In a small bowl whisk eggs.
Place in a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. If using an 8 pan the bread may need to bake for slightly longer. Stir in the white and brown sugar baking powder salt cinnamon cloves and nutmeg and stir to combine well.
