Recipe sweet potato peanut soup. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the ginger chilli and garlic and cook for 2 minutes before adding the tomatoes and vegetable stock. 1 4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper.

Reduce heat to medium low and simmer partially covered until the sweet potatoes are soft 10 to 12 minutes. 55 min ready in. Cook for 10 minutes or until the onion and celery have softened slightly.
3 large sweet potatoes peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes about 2 1 4 pounds 2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage. Set a large pan on a medium heat for 2 mins then add tbsp oil. Stir in the cumin and cayenne and cook 1 minute more.
Saute the onion 10 minutes until lightly browned. Stir in the tomatoes sweet potatoes and carrot. Add onion and next 3 ingredients and saute over medium heat 3 minutes.
