Recipe Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
1 cup rolled or sprouted oats 1 cup water or milk regular or dairy free 1 1 2 cup s plain greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt 1 2 cup pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling.
Recipe pumpkin pie oatmeal. Remove from the heat portion into serving bowls and top with whipped cream. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook over medium low heat for 5 8 minutes stirring constantly until the oatmeal has thickened. Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes stirring once.
Add in pumpkin puree and chia seeds and continue simmering 5 7 minutes. Serve immediately garnished with pecans and maple syrup if desired. Stir in sugar and vanilla.
Mix together oats and milk in a microwave safe bowl. Stir in pumpkin puree pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon sugar. Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
In this recipe oats are simmered with pumpkin puree spices water and non dairy milk then served with nuts for crunch and naturally sweetened with pure maple syrup creating the perfect pumpkin spice oatmeal. Bring to a boil. Combine oats and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Remove from the heat. Add in oats and turn to down to simmer. In a small saucepan combine the water milk oats pumpkin and pie spice.
Reduce heat and simmer stirring occasionally until desired consistency is reached about 3 5 minutes. Add in vanilla salt cinnamon ginger and nutmeg. In a medium saucepan over high heat bring milk to a boil.
