Recipe Shrimp Scampi With Pasta
Combine the salt pepper and paprika then sprinkle it over the shrimp and toss to combine.
Recipe shrimp scampi with pasta. Meanwhile in a large skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter in 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium high heat. Drain pasta and add to dutch oven along with reserved pasta cooking liquid and remaining 4 tbsp. Using spider strainer or tongs remove the pasta from the water and add to the shrimp scampi.
Saute peppers and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until thoroughly heated. Remove the shrimp from skillet and cover to keep warm. Toss pasta well with shrimp mixture and parsley in large bowl adding some of reserved cooking water if necessary to keep moist.
Stir in white wine mustard and worcestershire sauce. In a large pot of salted boiling water cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Boil the pasta and finish.
Add shrimp and cook stirring constantly 2 to 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Add the pasta to the boiling salted water and boil pasta for about 1 minute or until the pasta is tender. Click on times in the instructions to start a kitchen timer while cooking.
Add lemon juice and fresh parsley and then serve on warm plates. Add to the skillet and cook until pink stirring occasionally 2 to 3 minutes. Add in the shrimp and sprinkle with chili flakes and sea salt.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter to skillet stirring until melted and stir in shrimp. Pull off and discard tails of shrimp while pasta cooks then cut each shrimp into 3 pieces.
