Recipe Sweet Potato Black Bean Chili
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat.

This sweet potato and black bean chili is made up of three different components and while it may look like a lot it s actually quite easy. Bring mixture to a low boil on medium high heat and then lower heat to medium low and simmer. Cook 1 minute longer.
Bring to a boil. Stir in 1 1 4 cups water and bring to a boil. Stir in tomato paste.
