Microwave on high until tender all the way to the center 12 to 15 minutes. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
Add cornmeal 1 teaspoon salt sugar and cocoa powder. Add oats onions dijon mustard cumin ginger salt and cinnamon and mix until well combined.
