The recipe i am sharing today is one i developed when i worked down south at the manor.

This recipe was awesome including the tartar sauce recipe. That stuff is good but fast forward a few years later and i found myself at another fish and chip place in kitchener ontario called granny bonn s. Chop the dill juice the lemon and measure out the mayo horseradish relish pepper and sugar.
