Twice Baked Potatoes Casserole Recipe
Preheat oven to 400.

Reduce oven setting to 350. Stir in remaining ingredients except toppings and spread into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake until tender 45 60 minutes.
Place potatoes directly on rack and bake until soft and easily pierced with the tip of a knife 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes depending on size. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f 175 degrees c. Let cool and then crumble.
Mash while adding milk cream a little at a time until to reach a creamy consistency. Beat together sour cream and cream cheese until well blended. Spread potato mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
Top with 3 4 cup cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Cut baked potatoes into 1 in. Spread evenly over potatoes.
