1 cup shredded cheese i used monterrey jack but you can use cheddar or pepper jack even 1 box of frozen spinach thawed and drained of all liquid. Just a tablespoon of cornstarch makes the cheese sauce thick velvety and smooth. You already have it in your kitchen.
