Stir in 1 cup cheese green onions and seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Place potatoes directly on rack and bake until soft and easily pierced with the tip of a knife 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes depending on size. Choose russet potatoes because their flesh is starchy and will whip up to be nice and fluffy.
