Waffle Recipe Using Ricotta Cheese
In a small bowl add flour baking powder baking soda and salt.
Waffle recipe using ricotta cheese. In a large bowl beat the ricotta for 1 full minute with a mixer. Add ricotta oil eggs and vanilla and whisk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
When it is smooth and shiny looking add the milk. Add the lemon sugar to the bowl with the dry ingredients and whisk together. Do not over mix the batter.
Add the eggs and beat for another full minute. Preheat your waffle iron. Pour milk into a large bowl you want to leave room for the batter to rise and microwave on high for 30 45 seconds or just until warm but not hot.
Whisk to combine and set aside. Add the wet ingredients all at once to the dry ingredients and stir to combine. In a medium bowl add buttermilk eggs and ricotta cheese.
In a bowl or large measuring cup whisk together butter eggs vanilla lemon juice ricotta and milk. In a large bowl whisk together flour sugar baking powder and salt. Add the milk mixture to flour mixture stirring until just combined.
In another large bowl combine milk ricotta butter canola oil lemon zest lemon juice egg and vanilla extract and whisk.
