Easy Shepherds Pie Recipe
Step 1 boil the potatoes.

In a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat heat oil. 1 pound ground beef. Stir in vegetables and gravy.
Cup 1 ounce shredded cheddar optional 1 16 ounce package mashed potatoes refrigerated or frozen and thawed. Baking dish or four oven safe 2 cup dishes. Bring to a boil reduce to a simmer and cook until tender about 20 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking melt 4 tablespoons of the butter in a large sauté pan on medium heat. Step 2 sauté vegetables. It has only five simple ingredients and is constantly requested by my family of hungry boys.
Cover with potato mixture and remaining 1 2 cup shredded cheese. Add the gravy vegetables and onion. Meanwhile mix potatoes cream cheese 1 2 cup of the shredded cheese and the garlic until well blended.
