Coat chicken on all sides.
Recipe for chicken breast roll ups. Place chicken breast seam side down in slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Roll up seasoned ham and cheese jellyroll style then roll each chicken breast with ham and cheese inside. Roll up and tuck in ends.
Place a slice of ham and half slice of provolone cheese on each piece of chicken. Roll up from a short side and tuck in ends. Add a layer of stuffing to each chicken breast and roll it up.
Cover and cook on low for 4 5 hours or until chicken is tender. Pound chicken breasts to flatten. Pour milk into another bowl.
In a shallow bowl combine the flour cheese sage paprika and pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each piece of chicken.
In a shallow bowl combine crumbs romano cheese and parsley. Place a finger of cheese on each ham slice and sprinkle lightly with thyme and salt and pepper to taste. Dip chicken rolls in milk then roll in crumb mixture.
There will be leftover cream cheese mixture. Dip chicken rolls in milk then roll in crumb mixture. Transfer to a 5 qt.
