Recipe Meatballs With Breadcrumbs
I usually use about 1 1 4 cups of water.

Form mixture into 1 balls. While the meatballs are cooking cook your pasta of choice. Slowly add the water 1 2 cup at a time.
Roll mixture into balls and place on a nonstick baking sheet. 2 in large bowl mix all ingredients. Place meatballs on greased racks in shallow baking pans.
Roll in the breadcrumbs to coat lightly. Carefully transfer the meatballs and any juices that have pooled on the plate into the sauce. Combine with water and eggs.
