Then mix together 2 tablespoons of cornstarch cornflour and a splash of water to make a slurry. Using potatoes to provide a creamy texture this soup is vegan extremely nutritious and quick and easy to make. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened.
5 cups packed is about 300g 10oz. Return to a boil. Pour broth into potato mixture cover and simmer until potatoes are softened about 10 minutes.
