Recipe Shrimp Scampi And Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.

Add the garlic salt red pepper flakes 1 2 of the olive oil and shrimp to a bowl and let marinate for 60 minutes. Meanwhile in a large skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter in 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium high heat. Add the oil butter garlic and a pinch of salt and sweat the garlic for 2 minutes.
Add butter to skillet stirring until melted and stir in shrimp. Drain pasta and add to dutch oven along with reserved pasta cooking liquid and remaining 4 tbsp. Pull off and discard tails of shrimp while pasta cooks then cut each shrimp into 3 pieces.
Cook the pasta one minute shy of the instructions on the box about 7 8 minutes. Add the wine lemon juice and chile. Season shrimp with kosher salt and black pepper.
Remove skillet from heat. Melt 2 tablespoons butter with 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
