Recipe Using Chicken Artichoke Hearts
Stir in stock mixture.
Recipe using chicken artichoke hearts. Remove artichoke hearts from the marinade and place among the chicken cubes. Place chicken in a greased baking dish and cover evenly with artichoke mixture. In a flat pan i use a roasting pan pour in olive oil to coat.
Add chicken to pan turning to coat. Preheat oven to 375. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium high when oil begins to shimmer add the artichoke hearts and sear each side until golden about 1 2 minutes per side.
Transfer to the casserole dish. Heat oven to 400 f. Stir in remaining 2 teaspoons juice and 2 teaspoons parsley.
Add sherry to pan. Bake uncovered 30 35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. In a bowl combine the artichoke hearts parmesan cheese mayonnaise and garlic powder.
Add chicken pieces to skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Add the chicken and lightly brown on all sides about 4 minutes. Cook 1 minute or until sauce thickens slightly.
Chicken cherry grape tomatoes artichokes and capers. Do not discard marinade. Transfer chicken to a 9x13 baking dish.
