Lemonade Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe
Preheat oven to 400f.
Lemonade roasted brussel sprouts recipe. Stir in broth lemon juice thyme salt and pepper. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet. Flip the brussels sprouts and roast until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside 10 to 15 minutes more.
In a large bowl toss together the trimmed brussels sprouts lemon juice lemon zest garlic olive oil and salt. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees f. Turn the broiler on high.
10 minutes before they are done squeeze an entire lemon on top of the vegetables and then cut the lemon up and throw it onto the baking sheet and place back into the oven to finish roasted. Cook in the oven for about 10 minutes and then remove carefully toss and flip everything over to make sure it gets cooked evenly. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until sprouts begin to brown.
Add brussels sprouts and garlic. Cook an additional 15 minutes or so until your brussels sprouts reach desired golden brown crispiness. Add more lemon juice if desired salt or pepper to taste and serve warm.
Roast at 400f for 30 minutes then stir. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet and roast for 15 18 minutes or until tender. Remove the baking sheet every 15 minutes while roasting and give the brussels sprouts a good toss to make sure they are evenly roasting and browning.
Roast for 15 minutes. Combine brussels sprouts olive oil salt and pepper in a large bowl. Arrange the brussels sprouts in a single layer cut side down then add lemon halves cut side down.
