Spaghetti Squash Egg Recipe
Remove and discard seeds.
Spaghetti squash egg recipe. Place the spaghetti squash halves face down on a baking sheet and pop them into your oven. Turn on your oven to 400 degrees. Heat oven to 400 f.
In a medium skillet saute onions in butter on medium low heat for about 5 minutes or until soft. Turn the oven temperature down to 350 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes until the squash is starting to brown.
Crack the eggs into a small bowl 1 at a time then pour into the wells of the squash nests. Add this to the bowl with the spaghetti squash along with the egg white parsley garlic powder salt pepper flour and cheese and mix well. Bake for 30 minutes then remove the squash from your oven.
Season with salt and pepper. No need to preheat your oven. When they have cooled slightly use a fork to remove the squash in spaghetti like strings.
Shape into nests creating a well large enough to fit an egg in the center of each.
