Recipe For Sugar Cookie Truffles
Roll and put on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Recipe for sugar cookie truffles. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes before coating with white chocolate. Sugar cookies and cream cheese. Freeze the cookie truffles for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl combine crushed cookies cream cheese vanilla and salt. A quick blitz in your food processor or mix up in a bowl and most of the work is done. Add cream cheese and frosting.
The number of truffles will vary on how large or small you make them. Make sugar cookies according to package directions and let them cool completely. Place crumbs in large bowl.
If necessary reheat coating. Combine the crumbs with the cream cheese and vanilla frosting mixing well. Dip in white chocolate.
6 dip cookie balls one at a time into melted candy coating. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the dough into 1 inch balls. Using a small cookie scoop form cookie mixture into small balls and place on the cooking sheet.
Follow step 1 as written. Turn those cookies into crumbs using a food processor or a zip top baggie and your hands. Measure 1 tablespoon of batter or using a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop and using your palms roll it into a ball.
