Recipe Rice Pudding Oven
Stir in white sugar uncooked rice butter vanilla extract raisins and nutmeg.
Recipe rice pudding oven. Sprinkle in the nutmeg and top with the bay leaf or lemon zest. Bring milk to a simmer in a saucepan. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1 2 to 2 hours.
Stir the pudding halfway through baking. In a small bowl whisk the eggs milk sugar and nutmeg. Butter a large ovenproof dish.
If desired sprinkle with cinnamon. Place first four ingredients in a large saucepan. Pour the milk and rice mixture into the ovenproof dish.
Bake the pudding for 2 to 2 1 2 hours until it turns creamy and thick and forms a skin of nutmeg on top. Add the sugar rice vanilla cinnamon and milk to the dish. Let the pudding cool and set for about 15 minutes.

Butter a heatproof baking dish. Step 3 in a large bowl combine beaten eggs milk sugar vanilla extract and salt. Transfer to a greased 1 1 2 qt.
