Add onions and saute until soft about 5 8 minutes.

Place drained pasta in a large bowl. Add the cooked pasta 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley and the artichokes to the pan. Reduce heat to low.
Bake the artichoke rigatoni pasta for 25 minutes 210c. Pour sauce over the top. Finally adjust the seasonings and sprinkle on extra cheese if desired.
Combine 3 tablespoons of the olive oil onions garlic artichokes and half of the salt in a large straight sided skillet. Taste and add more salt if necessary. Best served straight out of the oven hot.
