Spinach and bacon quiche recipe. Roll out the pastry and place into a quiche pan. Use ham bacon or whatever protein. Stir in half of bacon and cheese.
In a large bowl beat eggs. Bake for 35 40 minutes until the egg mixture is set. The pour egg mixture on top.
Be careful not to overfill. Quiche works very well. Saute for 2 minutes.
Pour custard mixture into crust stopping just short of the top. Pour the egg mixture over the filling and sprinkle the quiche with parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake at 400 for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between the center and the edge comes out clean. Preheat the oven to 375 f. Add cheese onion spinach and bacon to the bottom of the pie crust.
Add seasonings of your family s choice for more variety. Combine the eggs half and half salt and pepper in a blender then pour the egg mixture into the pie. Pour into pie shell.
