Ground Beef Quesadilla Recipe
Drain off any grease.

Add chopped onion and cook until onion begins to turn transparent and edges become golden brown. Cook over medium low heat for 3 4 minutes or until heated through. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and brown the beef breaking it up with a spoon until it is all browned and crumbly about 5 minutes.
Using a spatula carefully fold tortilla over filling and fry on each side util the cheese is melted and filling heated through. Stir and move the ingredients through the skillet until soft and translucent. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add ground beef and onion to a nonstick skillet and cook over medium high heat crumbling the ground beef as it cooks. Cook and stir for a few minutes to thicken. Break up well with a wooden spoon or potato masher to make it nice and crumbly you don t want huge chunks of beef.
Sauté onions until soft. In a pan on medium heat add olive oil ground beef spices salt and pepper. Stir occasionally and sauté until the meat cooked.
Repeat with remaining tortillas. In a large skillet melt butter. Add tomato sauce and red pepper flakes and simmer for 10 minutes.
