Recipe For Pumpkin Flour Bread
Add oat flour cinnamon ground ginger baking powder and salt.
Recipe for pumpkin flour bread. In a large bowl whisk together flour baking powder baking soda pumpkin pie spice cinnamon nutmeg and salt. When combined add soda dissolved in warm water vanilla. In a large bowl mix together pumpkin puree eggs applesauce milk and maple syrup until well combined.
Separately combine flour cinnamon nutmeg salt. Whisk together the sugar and oil in a large bowl until well combined. Butter and flour two 9 by 5 inch loaf pans.
Add brown sugar and mix until no clumps remain. Put the dough into a lightly greased bowl. Mix sugar oil eggs pumpkin.
Whisk in the eggs and pumpkin until combined. Add to pumpkin mixture. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix and knead by hand using a mixer or in a bread machine set on the dough cycle to make a smooth soft dough. You can also substitute artificial sweetener for half of the sugar and some whole wheat flour for nutrition and they still taste great. In a large bowl whisk together eggs vegetable oil brown sugar vanilla and pumpkin puree.
Sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon chocolate chips. This is my lower fat version of a pumpkin bread recipe using extra pumpkin and no oil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
