Recipe For Spaghetti Squash Quiche
Saute onion and garlic until onion is transparent 5 to 10 minutes.
Recipe for spaghetti squash quiche. Spray a 9 pie pan with cooking spray and press the spaghetti squash mixture evenly in the bottom of the pie pan and up the sides. Add the thyme oregano garlic powder cayenne and salt and stir to combine. Using a fork separate spaghetti squash into strands and add to a medium bowl.
Shred the tender squash meat with a fork. Bake squash for 20 25 minutes or until you can press on the outside of the squash and it gives a bit. Sprinkle with 1 4 tsp salt and mix.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add spinach black pepper and oregano. Measure 3 cups and place in a bowl.
Turn oven down to 350 degrees. Using your hands squeeze out liquid a bit. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a pie dish and set aside.
In a large bowl stir the parmesan cheese thyme nutmeg and garlic powder evenly into the squash. Return to the bowl along with 1 2 tsp basil and 1 2 tsp garlic powder. Shred 1 2 cup of squash and place in a mixing bowl.
Once spaghetti squash is done cooking remove from oven scoop out the seeds and excess strings and let cool while you finish the rest of the quiche. Spread bread crumbs in the bottom and around the sides to coat. Spray a 9 inch pie place or quiche dish with cooking spray.
