Recipe Oatmeal Toffee Cookies
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Recipe oatmeal toffee cookies. Add to butter mixture beating just until blended. Beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended about 5 minutes. Pour in the boiling.
Heat oven to 375 f. Stir in oats toffee bits and coconut if desired with spoon. Gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoons about 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Beat just until combined.
Combine oats and next 3 ingredients. Add eggs and vanilla. Step 2 in a medium bowl cream together the butter and brown sugar.
Heat oven to 350 f. Stir in chopped pecans and toffee bits. In a large bowl cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Bake at 350 for about 8 minutes. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment cream butter and sugars on medium high speed until light and fluffy 2 to 3 minutes. Add vanilla and egg.
