Recipe Pumpkin Cookies Cream Cheese Frosting
Preheat oven to 180 c gas 4.

Make the cream cheese frosting by beating the butter and cream cheese on medium high speed in a medium bowl until creamy and smooth. Let cookies cool for about 5 minutes on sheets before removing to finish cooling on waxed paper.
Add the flour one cup at at a time and mix just until blended. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Mix together cream cheese powdered sugar butter vanilla and salt until creamy.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Beat in the egg and vanilla then stir in the pumpkin puree. Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack and cool completely.
