Recipe Roasted Potato Wedges
Roast for 15 minutes.
Recipe roasted potato wedges. Toss with oil butter salt pepper and whatever else you d like. Sprinkle with parsley thyme oregano salt and pepper. Place in a greased 13 in.
Drain and leave to steam dry for 5 mins. Cut potatoes into wedges. Sprinkle with onion garlic rosemary salt if desired and pepper.
Place parmesan cheese olive oil onion powder garlic powder pepper salt and potatoes into a resealable plastic bag. Preheat oven to 450 degrees f 230 degrees c. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes.
Add more if necessary. Heat the oven to 200c 180c fan gas 6. Preheat an oven to 425 degrees f 220 degrees c.
Bake uncovered at 400 for 45 50 minutes or until tender turning once. Bring a large pan of lightly salted water to the boil. Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges.
Spread the potatoes over a baking sheet. Spread the wedges out on a large baking sheet or two smaller ones. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
