Season with italian seasoning parsley flakes salt garlic powder and black pepper.
Recipe roasted red potatoes oven. Bake at 450 until potatoes are golden brown and tender 20 30 minutes. Spread potatoes in single layer on foil lined 15x10x1 inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Toss until evenly coated.

Pour potatoes into a medium baking dish. Arrange cut side down on a large lipped cookie sheet or jellyroll pan. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
