Recipe Spaghetti Squash Crock Pot
Add 1 hour on high or 1 hours on low for a squash that is 5 pounds or more.

Rinse and dry the outside of spaghetti squash then pierce all over at least 8 times with a small paring knife. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until the squash is soft. Place squash in the bottom of a 6 quart or larger slow cooker with 2 cups of water.
Cover the slow cooker. Wash and pat dry the spaghetti squash. Place the lid on the pot and make sure the vent is on sealing using the manual setting set the instant pot to 7 minutes at high pressure.
