Recipe Tin Fruit Cake

Place the baking tin on a baking tray and put the fruit cake in your pre heated oven for about 2 5 hours or until the fruit cake is firm when pressed with your fingers and or a skewer comes out clean.
Cook time 1 hr 45 mins. Orange part only not the white pith. This fruit cake takes approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes to bake to perfection.
