Rock Recipes Twice Baked Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f.

Cook on high for 3 4 hours or until tender then drain well. Continue mashing until smooth. Wrap tightly and refrigerate up to 24 hours or freeze up to 1 month.
1 hour 15 minutes. Heat a pan and add half the butter and olive oil. Gently press the surface of the filling with a fork to create texture.
Twice baked potatoes with smoked cheddar thyme. Prick the potatoes with a fork and wrap each one in a single layer of tin foil. Spoon the mixture into the potato skins.
Preheat the oven to 200 c. 1 hour 35 minutes. Place the potatoes directly on the rack in the center of the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
