Recipe Pork Tenderloin Pears
Roast for 10 minutes.
Recipe pork tenderloin pears. Pork will continue cooking in a later step. Mash together soft pear garlic olive oil white wine and rosemary. Transfer pork to a rimmed baking pan.
Sear the pork turning occasionally until well browned 6 to 8 minutes total. Preheat an oven to 400 f. Place pork tenderloin on top of green bean mixture.
Remove from pan and keep warm. Transfer pork and pears to a platter. Meanwhile in a large skillet saute pears and sugar in 2 tablespoons butter until golden brown.
Brown pork on all sides in a large skillet on medium high heat. Let rest 5 minutes. Season the pork tenderloin well with salt and pepper.
While pork rests make sauce. Spray 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Add pork tenderloin to hot pan and cook until browned on two sides 3 4 minutes per side.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Season pork with salt and pepper and place into a 10x10 inch glass baking dish. Season pan juices with salt and pepper and pour into a gravy boat or small bowl.
