Recipe Pork Tenderloin With Mustard Sauce
Cook pork turning occasionally until an instant read thermometer registers 150 degrees.
Recipe pork tenderloin with mustard sauce. Let rest for a few minutes then cut into 1 2 inch thick slices. 1 cup dry white wine. Transfer to skillet and cook turning until browned all over 5 to 10 minutes.
20 to 25 minutes. Season pork with salt and pepper. Teaspoon black pepper.
Reduce heat to medium low and cover skillet. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Remove pork from skillet wrap in aluminum foil and let rest 10 minutes reserve skillet with juices.
1 tablespoon olive oil. Place meat and marinade in a shallow baking dish and roast for 1 hour basting occasionally. Preheat oven to 325 degrees f 165 degrees c.
Serve with mustard sauce. The pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 140 145 degrees f in the thickest part about 20 25 minutes total. To juices in skillet add mustards and sour cream and any accumulated juices from resting.
2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles. Cover or seal and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature or if desired chill 8 hours. Meanwhile prepare the mustard sauce.
