Add flour baking soda salt nutmeg cinnamon and allspice and baking powder.
Recipe for sweet potato quick bread. Pour into two greased 8x4 in. Whisk together flour baking powder salt cinnamon ginger granulated sugar and dark brown sugar in a large bowl. Stir in chopped pecans.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until bread tests done. Stir into potato mixture. Whisk together eggs oil applesauce half and half and sweet potato in a medium bowl until smooth.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees f. Add sugar water oil and eggs to mashed sweet potatoes and mix well. In a large mixing bowl mash sweet potatoes in 2 tablespoons of liquid.
Add the flour salt ginger baking soda baking powder. Combine flour baking soda salt cinnamon and nutmeg. Fold in nuts if desired.
Add to flour mixture. In a large bowl whisk the first 8 ingredients. Stir flour mixture into egg mixture alternately with water.
Stir just until moistened. Preheat oven to 350. Combine sugar and oil.
