Recipe Sweet Potato Kale Salad
Bake in the preheated oven until the sweet potatoes are tender 20 to 25 minutes.
Recipe sweet potato kale salad. Adjust the amount of vinegar and honey for your taste. On a large rimmed baking sheet combine the sweet potatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil chili powder paprika and a pinch each of salt and pepper. Sweet potatoes into inch cubes.
Remove the stems from the kale and hand tear the leaves into bite size pieces. In a small bowl mix the rest of the olive oil lemon juice dijon mustard paprika and sugar. Toss the sweet potatoes onions salt pepper and half the oil in a large bowl.
Preheat the oven to 375 f 190 c. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper place sweet potato and toss in olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Preheat your oven to 400 f 205 c.
Preheat an oven to 200 c gas 6. Remove from the oven add the chickpeas and remaining oil. Transfer to the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
Start with the sweet potatoes. In a large mixing bowl combine sweet potatoes half of the red onion bell pepper olive oil paprika and chili powder and mix well. Mix well to combine.
Bite sized oven roasted sweet potatoes are naturally sweet tender and nutritious. Place the sweet potatoes on a parchment lined baking sheet drizzle with 1 tbsp oil tsp cinnamon tsp ground cumin tsp smoked paprika and tsp salt. Add the sweet potatoes to a baking sheet.
